Return and Refund Policy

At Aussie Heritage Trading, we are committed to providing high-quality Australian products. This Return and Refund Policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair when goods: are faulty or defective, are not fit for their intended purpose, do not match the description or sample, or fail to meet any extra promises made about them.
2. Change of Mind Returns
While we are not legally required to accept change-of-mind returns, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging. Items must be returned at the buyer’s expense. Perishable goods, opened supplements, and personal care items cannot be returned for change of mind.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at zhu@aussiehtptl.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective). We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
